Working Student Finance (all genders)

We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.

We are looking for a Working student to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in financial processes. You will play an important role in streamlining internal processes, gaining exposure to financial systems and contributing to the success of an innovative product. 

• Support with financial month-end closings, ensuring accuracy

• Maintain and update controlling processes 

• Review and support Accounts Payable (AP) Management processes

• Prepare and assist in Dunning and Revenue Reconciliation

• Manage and organize documentation of internal financial processes 

• Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc financial projects and reporting tasks

• You are currently enrolled at a university, studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and have completed foundational coursework in these areas

• You have excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken proficiency in English (German is a plus)

• Ideally, you have a previous experience working in a finance team or any other hands-on experience in a related field

• You have a basic understanding of Moss or any other similar financial management platforms

• Ideally, you bring a strong proficiency in Excel

• You are structured and self-organized with strong time-management skills
