You will become part of the Knowledge Management & Training team in the Elli Operations Department.
You can expect varied tasks related to training & qualification, knowledge management and technical documentation.
You will support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of technical training on our charging hardware (remotely and in our training center in Wolfsburg).
You will support the creation of training media (PowerPoint, WBTs and videos).
You will support the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and FAQs on our products and services.
You will support the revision of our technical documentation for our products.

You are studying economics, industrial engineering, business education, linguistics, or a comparable field of study.
You have a strong interest in technology and are passionate about electromobility and the opportunities presented by the energy transition.
You possess excellent communication skills and outstanding written expression in both German and English.
You have solid user knowledge of MS Office programs and, ideally, Adobe InDesign.
Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in the fields of training and qualification, knowledge management, or technical documentation.
