Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student Legal Operations (m/f/d)

You support our Legal Counsel in the development of the legal department and the conception of processes/workflows.
You help in setting up a contract management tool, define workflows and processes.
You assist with data privacy management and the control of legally compliant auditing and archiving processes.
You support legal knowledge management and ensure that all relevant information is presented in an effective way.
You help our teams with legal questions from the operational day-to-day business, e.g. by drafting and reviewing contracts.
You support the development and conception of inhouse legal trainings.
You assist with the further digitalization of a modern legal department.
You take responsibility for your own projects.

You are currently pursuing a degree in law or business administration (with a legal focus) with outstanding achievements.
You have a strong interest in legal operation & legal tech.
You work independently, responsibly, reliably and with a positive mindset.
You have exceptional computer skills (- Word, Excel, PowerPoint are a prerequisite, while coding experience is a plus.)
You impress with your professional flexibility, curiosity and openness to learn.
You like to work in a team and maintain customer-oriented communication.
You are fluent in English and German.
