Working Student (m/f/x) Event Management

Our common goal is to strengthen the European landscape, jointly creating unique knowledge for applying trustworthy AI.As a working student in the Partnership Team you will:

• Support the Event Manager and Partner Management team in Munich and remotely with the planning and execution of different AI Community event formats and scale (live, hybrid & digital) for our appliedAI Partner Network and extended ecosystem with leading companies, startups and universities/research institutions
• Collaborate with appliedAI colleagues across different teams for event content creation, content positioning and event execution, optional/desired: bring in your content expertise regarding AI/GenAI/Agentic AI
• Support Events: speakers, trainers and participants on-site. Coordinate with venues, vendors and support teams to help execute events from planning and facilitation to load in and load out
• Support partner management (preparation of formats, strategic partner meetings, help onboard new partners, support re future offer portfolio and future AI topics)
• Collaborate with internal teams e.g. marketing team on event branding, digital assets and promotion 
• Management of event webpage content and monitoring of RSVPs

• You are enrolled at an university (Bachelor’s or Master’s program)
• You are creative, reliable, with attention to detail. 
• You are an organizational talent and a team player, Experience in event management is a plus
• Out of the box thinking, coming up with new aspects and potential improvement areas
• You are interested in information technology and artificial intelligence
• You have experience working with Microsoft tools
• You have strong communication skills and full professional proficiency in German and English
• Your Location will be in Munich
