Working Student Relationship Management (m/f/d)

We are a large diverse relationship management team that manage and are the direct communication lines to our live banks.

Our team helps grow and expand the bank's performance backed by strong analytics, operations and working students.

• Assist Relationship Managers with partner bank requests, ensuring smooth communication.
• Participate in meetings with partner banks and contribute to discussions.
• Manage and track tasks using tools like Jira, Miro, and Confluence.
• Create and maintain documentation while taking the lead on smaller projects.
• Develop a strong understanding of our banking partners, internal systems, and reporting.

● Highly service orientated – it is key to ensure we are focusing on our banks and customers.
● Excellent attention to detail – the work you will produce will often impact live bank product offerings.
● Fluency in both German and English at a C1 level.
