Workplace IT Service Engineer (m/f/div)

We are seeking a Workplace IT Service Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who possesses a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and a passion for providing exceptional IT support. The successful candidate will provide User Support for our employees, as well as maintaining and improving aspects of our IT Infrastructure, ensuring that our technology operations run smoothly and efficiently.Join our multinational team of around 300 employees from over 33 different nationalities in Europe. Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• First and Second Level Support: You provide technical assistance to our internal users.
• IT Service Management: You handle tickets using our ITSM tool and ensure that incidents and service requests are documented and resolved efficiently.
• System Administration: You manage user accounts, end devices, monitor and Troubleshooting the availability and performance of IT services.
•  Coordination of External Service Providers: You coordinate external IT partners and ensure smooth collaboration.
•  Project Leadership: You independently lead small to medium-sized IT projects, such as rollouts, upgrades, or process optimizations.

• You have a completed university degree or a completed education in the field of IT.
• You bring solid experience in IT support and IT service management (1st & 2nd level).
• You’re confident working with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and mobile device management tools (e.g., Intune).
• You have strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a clear service mindset.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and show initiative and curiosity to keep learning.
• Ideally, you have experience with ITIL practices, project work, or relevant IT certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104).
