Rep Inside Sales I

What You’ll Do 

• Assist in managing full sales cycles - pricing, quoting, coordination - with increasing ownership over time. 

• Engage customers and channel partners through discovery calls, product positioning, and follow‑ups. 

• Build strong knowledge of Quantum’s product portfolio and guide customers through options and configurations. 

• Create accurate quotes in Salesforce/quoting tool and coordinate with logistics, renewals, and service teams. 

• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical teams to support regional growth. 

Required Qualifications 

• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or account management in B2B technology. 

• Exposure to storage, backup, data protection, or infrastructure solutions is a plus. 

• Familiarity with pipeline creation, lead qualification, or opportunity progression. 

• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills. 

• Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and quoting tools (D365 a plus). 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. 

• Native or fluent German; strong English proficiency required. 

Preferred  

• Experience with channel partners in Germany. 

• Familiarity with storage, backup, or infrastructure solutions. 

• Interest in sales analytics and performance metrics
