NEON is a commercial law firm in which we live co-entrepreneurship. We advise in particular in the areas of private equity, venture capital, real estate and litigation.  Our Disputes Team represents clients ranging from startups to DAX-listed corporations, as well as private individuals, in commercial disputes. A key focus of our work is the management of complex corporate disputes. We are specialists in litigation, combining our corporate law expertise. We are looking for team players who want to experience and learn forensic legal practice, not in the backroom, but in the front row.

To strengthen our Corporate Disputes team, we are looking for

• An appreciative corporate culture with a variety of social activities (company run, afterworks, etc.)
• Involvement in client work from day 1 (drafting pleadings, attending client and court hearings)
• You will become part of the litigation team and will be assigned a dedicated mentor, combined with the opportunity to gain insights into all other areas

• You have completed your second state exam and have an excellent academic record (at least 9 points in each exam)
• You enjoy creative and independent work
• You are interested in familiarising yourself with a wide range of new topics, particularly corporate law, or have already gained some experience with corporate law disputes
• You have a high level of motivation, a quick grasp, can think outside the box and enjoy working in a team
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills
