Key responsibilities:
- Organize and manage in-house laboratory activities, including equipment maintenance, lab infrastructure, reagent and sample management, and purchasing.
- Plan, execute, analyse, interprete and document experiments to further elucidate the mechanism of action of small molecules.
- Perform cell culture work with cell lines and human primary cells under safety level S2, including 2D and 3D cell culture, cell-based assays, ELISA, real-time PCR and FACS.
- Establish, optimize and validate new in vitro experiments and assays.
- Prepare and update work instructions and laboratory documentation.
- Present and discuss experiments and their results in team meetings.
- Collaborate with Immunic's broader team.
