As
Retail Product Manager, you’ll own our retail product portfolio from launch to long-term performance. You’ll sit at the center of Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Design to ensure every product reaches the shelf on time, performs successfully, and continuously improves throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities:- Own Product Lifecycle Management: Lead HOLY’s retail products through every stage of their lifecycle – from launch and relaunches to SKU changes and discontinuations. Build launch roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure every product is delivered on time and ready for retail.
- Drive Product Development & New Initiatives: Coordinate the execution of new retail products, packaging developments, and other product-related initiatives. Translate business requirements into clear creative briefs, align stakeholders on timelines and deliverables, and act as the DRI to ensure projects are executed successfully.
- Manage Portfolio Performance & Lifecycle: Own the health and performance of HOLY’s retail product portfolio. Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, conduct post-launch reviews, and use data to continuously improve the portfolio and product lifecycle decisions.
- Own Product Information & Governance: Ensure all retail product information remains accurate, scalable, and up to date. Maintain product specifications and documentation, coordinate packaging copy and approval processes, and continuously improve product management standards and documentation to support HOLY’s rapid growth.
