YOUR MISSION

• Du unterstützt PUMA, die schnellste Sportmarke der Welt zu werden
• Du hast ein umfassendes Verständnis davon, wie dein Store funktioniert und nutzt deine Erfahrung als Filialleiter*in im Einzelhandel
• Du stellst Mitarbeiter*innen ein, förderst, schulst, coachst, motivierst und führst sie zu einem leistungsfähigen und ergebnisorientierten Team
• Du gewährleistest in deinem Store eine konstant hohe Kundenzufriedenheit, prüfst die Umsetzung aller Visual Merchandising Standards, überwachst den Warenverkehr und erzielst eine effektive Kostenkontrolle
• Du analysierst die KPI’s deines Stores und arbeitest zusammen mit deinem Team daran, die Ziele zu erreichen oder sogar zu übertreffen
• Du bist dazu bereit, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten auch an anderen Standorten innerhalb von Deutschland oder Europa anzunehmen

YOUR TALENT

• Du hast Erfahrung als Filialleiter*in, Store Manager*in oder Verkäufer*in mit Führungserfahrung
• Du arbeitest Kundenorientiert (Vollzeit) und bist eine zuverlässige und freundliche Persönlichkeit
• Du bist dazu in der Lage neue Dinge, Systeme und Erfahrungen im schnelllebigen Einzelhandelsumfeld zu lernen
• Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Talente zu identifizieren und weiterzuentwickeln
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit gutem Zeitmanagement und hast Interesse an Innovationen und Veränderung
• Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch
