As a Revenue Enablement Managerat Plancraft, you will play a critical role in equipping Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing teams with the right tools, training, and content to maximize revenue impact. Your mission is to ensure scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvementin how we engage and support customers across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities:
Onboarding & Continuous Training
Design and implement structured onboarding programs for Sales & CS teams to improve time-to-productivity.
Develop and facilitate ongoing enablement sessions, ensuring all GTM teams are trained on sales methodologies, objection handling, and customer engagement best practices.
Content & Playbooks
Create and maintain a centralized knowledge hub with sales & CS playbooks, product messaging, case studies, and competitive insights.
Optimize pitch decks, email templates, and objection-handling guides to enhance customer interactions.
AI & Automation-Driven Enablement
Implement AI-powered coaching and just-in-time learning tools to drive efficiency and sales effectiveness.
Automate sales and CS enablement workflows, ensuring revenue teams can access the right insights at the right time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS to align messaging, content, and enablement programs.
Bridge gaps between teams, ensuring a unified and consistent approach to customer engagement.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Define and monitor enablement success metrics, including time-to-productivity, training adoption, content utilization, and revenue impact.
Leverage CRM and analytics tools to measure enablement effectiveness and optimize programs accordingly.

Sales and CS leadership provide positive feedback on enablement initiatives and their impact on revenue outcomes.
Cross-team collaboration has improved, with aligned messaging and consistent value delivery to customers.
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or CS Enablement in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of sales and customer success processes and enablement strategies.
Experience in training facilitation, content creation, and onboarding program development.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and enablement tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize enablement effectiveness.
Excellent collaboration skills, working across multiple revenue teams to align strategies.
