Activity in various work areas:
- Processing of warranty claims - making decisions about repairs and maintenance on our customers' products worldwide via our web-based system
- Spare parts sales - processing of all orders from our web shop
Quotation preparation, order processing, spare parts procurement, internal communication with various departments and answering technical questions from our customers
Process monitoring up to the delivery
Communication with suppliers
Data maintenance in the web shop

You have a technical education and may already have experience in after sales service
A good technical understanding and solution-orientated thinking
You have basic business knowledge and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
advanced english skills in writing and speech
You are resilient, a strong communicator and a team player
