ANNAX liefert die technischen Gesamtlösungen, um Informationen zu generieren, zu übermitteln und anzuzeigen. Zu unseren Systemlösungen im Bereich der Schienenindustrie gehört die ANNAX Fahrgastinformation mit vielen bereits integrierten Subsystemen, wie zum Beispiel Sitzplatzreservierung, Fahrgastzählung, Videoüberwachung, Blinden- und Gehörloseninformation, Infotainment-/Entertainmentsystem und weitere.

Sachbearbeiter Zoll & Import/Export (m/w/d)

Was dich erwartet:

• Sicherstellung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Belieferung unserer Kunden im In- und Ausland (Zoll-/Exportabwicklung)
• Erstellen von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Frachtpapieren
• Disposition der Frachten im In- und Auslandsverkehr
• aktive Unterstützung und Vertretung des Versandleiters
• Mitarbeit im Lager und Versandbereich

Was du mitbringst:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Versand
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll / Export
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP wünschenswert)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Selbständige, verantwortungsvolle und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• Staplerschein von Vorteil
