The Sachbearbeiter/in Export und Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) is responsible for organizing the worldwide machine and spare part shipments from our office in Itzehoe, Germany. Possibility to work part-time or full-time (from 30 to 40 hs per week).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Handling of worldwide machine and spare part shipments according to the current export regulations and Incoterms

• Issuance of shipping documents: commercial invoice, CMR, certificate of origin, A.TR etc.

• Customs declarations on ATLAS (IAA-Plus)

• Correspondence with the Esko sales organization and customers worldwide

• Inter-company Invoicing based on chain transaction regulations

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Concluded education as Kaufmann/frau im Außenhandel or Speditionskaufmann/frau

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

• Knowledge of import/export regulations and policies such as embargoed countries

• Team spirit and willingness to further education

Esko sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Export und Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) für die Organisation des weltweiten Maschinen- und Ersatzteilversands am Standort in Itzehoe. Die Arbeitszeit kann zwischen 30 und 40 Stunden pro Woche liegen (Part-Time oder Full-Time).

Die wesentlichen Aufgaben beinhalten:

• die Organisation von der weltweiten Maschinen- und Ersatzteillieferungen nach den aktuellen Exportbestimmungen

• die Ausstellung von Versandpapieren: Handelsrechnung, CMR, Ursprungszeugnis, A.TR etc.

• Zollanmeldungen auf ATLAS (IAA-Plus)

• die Kommunikation mit der Esko Vertriebsorganisation und Kunden weltweit

• die konzerninterne Rechnungsstellung
   

Wichtige Erfolgsfaktoren für Ihr Kandidatenprofil sind:

• Ausbildung als Kaufmann/n im Außenhandel oder Speditionskaufmann/frau

• Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse internationaler Import-/Exportbestimmungen

• Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

• Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
