Location: Berlin, Germany
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: 2,750 EUR gross/month (33,000 EUR gross/year)

Relocation Support:

• Up to 1,500 EUR for candidates relocating from outside Germany

• Up to 700 EUR for candidates relocating from within Germany (min. 100 km distance to Berlin)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with fluency in Czech and English to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you'll drive commercial growth, engage with clients, and contribute to innovative marketing strategies. Your Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities

• Drive client engagement and build long-term relationships

• Promote products/services and execute tailored marketing strategies

• Monitor sales performance and market trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts

• Represent the brand at events or client meetings when required

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales

• Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial thinking

• Highly sales-driven with excellent influencing and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
