Your mission

You are the primary contact for our customers, actively communicate with them, and diligently maintain our CRM system.
You independently plan, coordinate, and conduct customer meetings in a solution- oriented manner.
You support the creation of offers and presentations tailored to the needs of our customers.
You research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential customers to identify strategic opportunities and support sales.
You work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and optimize processes.

You have a passion for innovation and are open to new approaches to break through existing boundaries.

Furthermore:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
Solid understanding of technical products and services as well as their practical applications.
A strong cooperative mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Excellent communication skills and business-fluent English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working.
Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a solution-oriented mindset, emphasized by empathy and reliability.
