Mission
Integral was founded in October 2024 and a fast-growing startup in Germany. Integral offers the platform for modern tax consulting for startups and SMEs. Accounting, payroll and tax consulting are handled reliably by experts: completely, on time, and with a personal contact person. Like online banking, but for taxes.
We're looking for an SDR to help us turn a real demand wave into qualified leads, while building Integral's outbound engine across two ICPs: high-velocity SMEs and Kanzleien. You'll work the front line of inbound coming through our strategic partnerships, run targeted outbound, and partner closely with our GTM Lead and AEs to sharpen how we land in market. This role means real ownership, room to shape how we qualify inbound & win at outbound, and a clear path to grow as we scale.
