By predicting physical failure probabilities and recommending adaptation solutions, we enable global operators to weather- and climate-proof their assets. We don’t just map risk; we are the system that guarantees stability in an unstable world.

The Setup
- The Stack: HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist.
- Team: Reporting directly to the CEO. You work alongside another SDR, a GTM Expert, and a Solution Architect.
- Structure: Hunter Focus (90% Outbound / 10% Inbound).
- Work Mode: Remote-first, with required travel to key industry events for on-the-ground lead generation.
The Role
You are not here to spam generic emails. You are here to open doors to the biggest infrastructure players in Europe through hyper-tailored social messages, cold calling, and face-to-face networking.Note: We are open to 1-5 years of experience. Expectations scale with seniority.
- The Hunt: Generate 8 qualified opportunities per monthvia cold calls, social selling, and representing Repath at industry events.
- Junior (1-2y): Execute provided playbooks with high discipline.
- Senior (3-5y): Refine playbooks, experiment with new channels, and operate with full autonomy.
- The Gatekeeper: Qualify inbound leads rigorously. We value our AEs' time—only high-quality meetings make it to their calendar.
- The Signal: You are the ear on the ground. Feed market objections and insights back to Marketing and Product to sharpen our message.
