Arbeitsbeschreibung - Sales Development Representative with German

Build38 is a cyber security start-up that takes care of securing mobile apps. We enable all sorts of solution providers (from car manufacturers to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers) to deliver their mobile use cases securely. We already protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security solution in the market.
Build38 is an international company, with Head Quarters in Munich, a Sales office in Singapore, and a Tech Hub in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working together with the rest of the Revenue team (Marketing, Market Research & Account Executive) you will find relevant contacts at identified accounts and reach out to them. Through the right tools and paying attention to the KPIs, you will contribute to setting up our SaaS Sales Process for success. Our ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in that role to impact the Revenue position of the company.
  • Research the contacts at the accounts defined by Marketing and Market Research.
  • Establish the touch points with them and contribute to building a script to agree on in a meeting.
  • Reach out to the contacts through any channel, Phone, Email, or Social Network.
  • Sales Qualify Leads provided by Marketing based on the company's Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Automate and script the Sales Development Process and contribute to the team’s growth.
  • Work together with the rest of the Revenue Team to meet the KPIs and Revenue objectives.
  • Proven work experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in an international and distributed team, frequently share progress with teammates and accept suggestions.
  • Experience working for small organizations/start-ups, in aggressive growth mode.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, savvy in negotiation and presentation in German. Chinese or Spanish are very valued. 
  • Background in the Cyber and Mobile Security Industry is a plus.
