About The Job

We are seeking an Sales Director to reinforce our team in any city in Germany.  We offer a flexible attendance mode, such as telecommuting, you will just be responsible for sales results, report regularly to head office on site in Kaltenkirchen.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop revenue strategies and marketing campaigns, esp. on marketing testimony.

- Develop, and maintain EU regional sales strategies and sales tools.

- Maintain and grow the company’s sales pipeline, from leads to close, forecast revenue.

- Analyses customer needs and experiences to raise the customer’s concerns and market trends effectively.

- Maintain and expand existing client database and track customer satisfaction level.

- Arrange with internal teams to streamline sales circle, from contract to delivery and support.

- Responsible for other duties which may be delegated.

 

Requirements:

-Command of English and German language.

-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

- More than 5 years of relevant B2B business sales experience.

- Proven sales performance in Geospatial, Geomatics, inspection, search and rescue sectors.

- Familiar with the application of UAV industry and related knowledge are preferred.

- Good organizational skills, strong communication and negotiation skills.
