Arbeitsbeschreibung - Sales Director (m/w/d) Global

In the role of Sales Director (m/f/d) Global, you will play a central role in the strategic direction and future viability of our international sales organization. You create the conditions for sustainable growth across markets and channels and ensure that our global sales organization is effective, focused and customer-oriented. Your leadership will create a sales structure that pursues clear goals, makes targeted use of opportunities and enables long-term market success. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to the competitiveness and international positioning of our company.
  • Disciplinary and technical management of the global sales directors (Europe Northwest/Central/Southeast, North and South America)
  • Direct management of the channel management (business development, export, trade, retail)
  • Establishment of a results-driven, high-performing sales culture
  • Further development of structures, processes and team skills in an international context
  • Management and monitoring of sales, profitability and market penetration across all regions and sales channels
  • Development of new market potentials and business areas on the basis of valid data and market analyses
  • Design of a consistent, scalable target system for all sales units
  • Development and implementation of an integrated multi-channel sales strategy in line with corporate and marketing strategy
  • Expansion of the strategic key account management
  • Systematic integration of market feedback into product and sales decisions
  • Several years of management experience in technical B2B sales
  • Experience with complex sales structures and multi-channel approaches
  • Strength in operational and strategic sales management, profitability management and customer orientation
  • Systemic view, change competence and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and intercultural leadership skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Flexibility in terms of time and willingness to travel internationally
