 Tradebe Port Services (TPS) operates liquid bulk storage terminals that support the energy, chemical and logistics sectors.


Located within the Port of Hamburg, one of Europe's leading logistics and energy hubs, TPS Hamburg provides storage and handling solutions for customers across Germany and Northern Europe.


Working with a diverse portfolio of customers—including commodity traders, energy companies, refineries, biofuel producers, chemical manufacturers and logistics providers—we play a key role in supporting supply chains for both traditional and renewable energy products.


 


The Opportunity


 


As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial growth of the Hamburg terminal by securing new business, strengthening customer relationships and maximizing storage utilization.


This is an opportunity to join a growing business with ambitious expansion plans and strong market potential.


 


Key Responsibilities


• Identify and secure new storage and logistics opportunities.


• Develop long-term relationships with commodity traders, oil companies, refineries, biofuel producers and logistics providers.


• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.


• Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term storage contracts.


• Monitor market trends, customer demand and industry developments.


• Act as the key commercial interface between customers and terminal operations.


• Support customer onboarding and ensure excellent customer experience.


• Contribute to future terminal growth and expansion projects.


 


What We're Looking For


• Experience in commercial, sales or business development roles.


• Background in liquid bulk storage, oil & gas, energy, commodity trading, maritime logistics, shipping or chemical logistics.


• Strong understanding of terminal operations and storage business models.


• Proven experience building customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Based in the Hamburg area or willing to relocate.


 


Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maritime Studies or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial experience.


 


Languages


• German – Native or professional fluency


• English – Fluent


• Spanish – Nice to have
