Salary: Up to €85,000 + Benefits + Bonus

We are supporting a fast-growing international logistics group in the search for a Sales Manager - Air & Sea Freight Development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, financially strong organisation with an entrepreneurial culture and ambitious growth plans within its Air & Sea division.

The Role

As Sales Manager - Air & Sea Freight Development, you will be responsible for:

Developing new business opportunities within Air & Sea Freight.
Identifying, targeting and converting potential customers across key industries.
Building long-term relationships with decision-makers and strategic accounts.
Selling international freight solutions including Air Freight, Ocean Freight and value-added logistics services.
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
Working closely with internal operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Growing revenue and strengthening market presence within the region.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proven logistics sales professional with:

Strong experience in Air & Sea Freight Business Development.
A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of winning new customers.
Existing knowledge of international forwarding and supply chain solutions.
Experience managing tenders, RFQs, pricing negotiations and commercial proposals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
