The Foremost Hospitality Group specializes in the development and management of branded hotels. We currently operate 8 hotels in Germany under the Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn brands under license from Hilton Hotels Worldwide.

Support and development of the current customer base and acquisition of new customers
Analysis of key production and revenue figures, incl. monthly production figure analysis and weekly new customer analysis
Annual account maintenance per hotel for OTAs, FITs and PIM
Control of all sales and marketing measures
Representation of the hotel at trade fairs and events, including local trade fairs
Supporting the hotels with on-site marketing campaigns
Regular reporting to the management
On-site training of new employees in sales or hotel management

Professional experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the hotel or service industry
Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good understanding of numbers
Very good knowledge of German and English
High level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team and negotiating skills
