Arbeitsbeschreibung - Sales Manager/in M&A Permanent (m/w/d)

  • You work on tasks throughout the entire M&A origination process; from first contact to the signing of the mandate contract
  • You assist in identifying and initially approaching transaction-oriented companies
  • You develop pitch presentations and documents
  • You identify strategists and investors
  • You coordinate the approach to buyers
  • You maintain our CRM system and check the data records
  • You conduct market research and create industry, company, and competitive analyses
  • You have completed your studies in business administration, economics, or a similar field, optionally with a focus on corporate finance, with outstanding success
  • You have initial experience in sales/business development and a strong interest in selling complex services
  • You have excellent people skills and impress with consulting and communication competence, sales talent, and confident demeanor
  • You excel in analytical, conceptual, and communicative abilities, as well as demonstrated team spirit
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You speak fluent German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome
