As the Sales Marketing Manager, you are the central point of contact for the marketing of our startup festival Heilbronn Slush'D. In addition to working closely with our Slush'D team and our marketing team, you will also collaborate with various external production partners and suppliers.

You bridge the gap between marketing and sales by designing integrated strategies that align marketing efforts with ticket sales objectives, ensuring a seamless flow between promotional activities and sales conversions.
You are responsible for the marketing-specific project planning, project budget, project staffing, and the development of marketing project timelines.
You will oversee the creation and delivery of outreach campaigns targeted at increasing ticket purchases and ensure data-driven reporting on sales performance.
You support the marketing team in creating and proofreading promotional content for the event and take over the final quality control for the marketing, sales and ticketing content of the event.
You advise and guide our internal and external stakeholders through the project phases and work packages.
You support event and marketing controlling and create presentations on the status and progress of the project.
You have a solid professional qualification, whether through completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree and at least 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, project management, ideally in an agency environment with a focus on events.
You have proven experience in driving ticket sales for events, designing and implementing successful sales strategies, including crafting outreach campaigns and sales reports.
You are very responsible, structured, and reliable, coupled with a good understanding of numbers to effectively utilize the budget you are responsible for.
You work effectively with external agencies, ensuring their outputs align with ticket sales goals and enhance the overall event experience.
You enjoy working in an intercultural environment, communicating with our international team and global partners, therefore you have excellent communication skills in English and German.
Your good understanding of the startup ecosystem is beneficial.
