\n\n\n## Synopsis\n\nGuide, lead, and direct the market through effective management of Etihad insource team with the cargo commercial and operational strategy to maximize results for relevant market. Effective achievement of objectives by setting Objectives for insource team, developing and motivating team to maximize individual and collective performance. You will drive continuous performance management and coaching to improve performance. You will comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. \n\n## Accountabilities\n\nLead the implementation of EY Cargo commercial strategy in the respective market and for the respective accounts.\n\nLead, manage, and coordinate the team to achieve agreed-upon targets according to the defined strategy and budget expectations.\n\nDevelop, implement, and execute strong country, area, and account plans to maximize Etihad Cargo\u0027s revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.\n\nLead, develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of customer contracts following Etihad Cargo\u0027s segmentation model and commercial strategy.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and steer customer relationships, including global key accounts (where the key account structure requires), regional key accounts, and local accounts at all levels.\n\nCollect, organize, provide feedback to HQ, and proactively act based on market intelligence. Identify opportunities and potential obstacles, and plan strategies to overcome any resistance.\n\nUse defined tools of KPI and SLA to ensure compliance with EYCC standards and service levels.\n\n## Education \u0026 Experience\n\nHigh School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelors Degree with 1 years relevant work experience field. Minimum 5 years commercial experience within Cargo .Extensive experience with strong customer knowledge .Fluent English - both written and spoken is essential .Strong cargo commercial experience. Basic Knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling.\n\nAccountabilities:Participate in the budgeting process.
