As Sales Operations Manager, you will be part of our team and take responsibility for the logistical implementation of the world's largest trade fair for consumer electronics and home appliances. With your experience in the event industry, you will help to ensure that all processes are efficiently coordinated and that the event meets the highest quality standards.

Your main tasks include:

Interface between the PR and Operations departments to ensure smooth event management processes
Support and coordination of VIP guests, press representatives and high-ranking stakeholders
Data management and maintenance of guest lists as well as handling a guest management tool
Planning and implementation of gala events and high-calibre events
Control and support in the ticketing process
Supervision of retail and industry events, including coordination of all relevant stakeholders
Compliance with and implementation of protocol requirements and VIP handling at the highest level

Several years of experience in event management, especially in the VIP area and visitor management
Excellent organisational skills and a feel for high-calibre guests and their needs
Experience in working with PR and communications departments
Confident in using guest management tools and databases
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, even when things get stressful
Professional demeanour and strong communication skills in German and English, additional language skills are a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally and occasionally work weekends/evenings
