Your Future, Fuelled by Innovation


As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in strengthening Nufarm’s presence across the south-west Germany region. You will take ownership of an established customer base while identifying new opportunities to grow our business.


Working closely with retailers, distributors, advisors and growers, you will represent Nufarm’s crop protection portfolio and support the increasing adoption of biological solutions, particularly within speciality crops. This role combines commercial sales responsibility with technical agronomic support, helping customers make informed decisions that deliver strong results in the field.


 


You will join a collaborative national sales team and contribute directly to the continued growth of Nufarm in the German market.


 


 


How You’ll Help Us Grow


 



  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key agricultural retailers and distributors in your territory

  • Provide technical and commercial advice on Nufarm crop protection products and biological solutions

  • Identify opportunities to grow the region and develop new business with existing and prospective customers

  • Work closely with advisors, growers and partners to support product recommendations and application strategies

  • Participate in seasonal planning with customers, including forecasting, product recommendations and volume planning

  • Support regional presence through field visits, advisory meetings, demonstrations and industry events

  • Manage commercial negotiations and year-end sales discussions with key accounts

  • Monitor sales performance, track opportunities and maintain customer data using CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service and supply chain to ensure excellent customer support

  • Promote responsible product stewardship and support the implementation of national product strategies


 


 


Could This Be You?


We are looking for an engaged and proactive sales professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business.


You may come from crop protection, agricultural retail, agronomy advisory, or distribution, but you will bring a strong understanding of the agricultural market and how farmers make decisions.


 


Ideally you will have:


 



  • Experience in agricultural sales, crop protection, agronomy or Ag retail

  • Understanding of crop protection products and farming practices

  • Interest or experience in biological crop protection solutions

  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills

  • A proactive and commercially driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider sales team

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is beneficial
