We are looking for a Sales Representative with fluent German and English to join a high-performing commercial team focused on driving customer growth, retention, and long-term value. This is not just a sales role — it's a chance to own your territory, influence customer success, and directly impact revenue outcomes in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
In this role, you will:
Own and achieve your revenue targets by selling and renewing products/services within your assigned territory
Identify and execute upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and account growth
Guide customers through onboarding and ensure fast, successful product adoption
Help clients unlock full product value, improving usage behaviors and accelerating time-to-value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics)
Act as a trusted partner for customers, building long-term, high-quality relationships
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is both commercially driven and customer-obsessed:
Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2+), written and spoken
2–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets / quotas
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
Tech-savvy, quick learner with strong analytical and data handling skills
Able to manage multiple priorities with structure and efficiency
Team player with a strong customer-first mindset
