Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to engage clients and identify their needs.
• Present tailored solutions, upsell additional services, and secure deals.
• Act as a trusted Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and results.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher).
• Experience: At least one year in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and upselling.
• Passion for the tech industry and innovative solutions.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
• Availability: Ready to start or relocate to Athens immediately.
