We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Support Analyst/ Deal Desk Analyst (M/F/D) to join our revenue operations team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales process, managing complex deals, and driving revenue growth.

Manage and streamline the quote-to-cash process for all sales deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, legal, and product to facilitate deal closure
Ensure all deals comply with company policies, financial & legal requirements, and best practices
Implement and manage approval workflows to accelerate deal closures
Work with various teams across VMRay to manage compliance reporting needs from customers and other stakeholders
Ensure the data accuracy and completeness in the CRM system to enable robust data-driven decisions by the business leaders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue management roles
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Salesforce
Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Fluency in English
