Sales Support Engineer

Your Mission

• Define tailored technical solutions for our customers and actively contribute to optimising their processes


• Ensure customer requirements are implemented fully and correctly from a technical perspective


• Support customers, integrators, and partners in the optimal use of our products


• Work closely with various customer-side departments such as engineering, maintenance, purchasing, or quality


• Act as a central technical point of contact for sales, customers, and partners


• Combine application knowledge and technical expertise to develop sustainable solutions

Your Responsibilities

• Support sales teams and partners with technical inquiries and projects


• Develop customer-specific solutions, including technical design, costing, and project planning


• Create technical drawings, layouts, and quotation documentation


• Provide sales support throughout the entire project lifecycle


• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and other internal interfaces


• Advise customers and partners on applications and technologies in the field of fluid handling


• Contribute to the further development of products, applications, and go-to-market approaches

Your Profile

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification


• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales support, ideally with technically complex products


• Solid knowledge of pump technology, process engineering, or fluid handling


• Ideally, experience in hygienic applications such as Food & Beverage or Personal Care


• Confident in reading and creating technical drawings


• Experience in technical design and cost calculation


• Strong understanding of relevant markets and applications


• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken


• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships


• Structured, independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
