INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Delivery of training for sales, marketing and product related skills and capabilities (e.g., selling techniques, product application, sales tools and processes)
• Functional onboarding of new sales colleagues (incl. Sales coaching)
• Support development, administration and delivery of global sales and product training in classroom and virtual classroom environments
• Support development of globally standardized sales and product training materials (e.g., videos and application training modules)
• Support translation and localization of sales and product training material
• Providing ideas and input to the l&d specialists to optimize learning designs

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Identify content/training demands together with the functions (aligned with sales and marketing)
