Arbeitsbeschreibung - Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d)

At Ratepay, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the world of digital payments. Established in 2009, we have grown to become Europe's leading white-label Buy Now Pay Later payment provider, processing over 2.5 million transactions per month. Our diverse team of 200+ professionals collaborates to create customized, state-of-the-art payment solutions for major online retailers and marketplaces.  

We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of our business and users from our commercial and customer care teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Provide support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve our implementation.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, esp. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train users.
