WE ARE LOOKING FOR DOERS – For our company in Hamburg, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Consultant (m/f/d) in a permanent position (full-time) with enthusiasm for digital transformation processes. With over employees worldwide, the KNF Group is the technology leader in diaphragm pumps and systems for pumping gases and liquids. As the KNF Digital Acceleration Center, we are responsible for implementing digital projects for the KNF Group worldwide. YOUR TASKS

Support in the development of digital CRM and eCommerce processes

Support in administration and daily operation of our Salesforce environment

Intake and analysis of the requirements of our international contacts in the KNF Group

Creation of concepts for the prioritization and implementation of these requirements in the Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud

Proactive implementation of the conceptualized changes

Continuous maintenance as well as debugging of existing applications and data

Collaboration in the implementation of various Salesforce projects, in-house as well as in cooperation with an external service provider

Consulting and support of internal users incl. creation of documentation and training material

Communication of updates and changes to internal users

YOUR SKILLS

Degree, in business administration, business informatics or comparable courses of study

Strong digital affinity and enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes

First practical experience in the administration of a Salesforce environment (Sales, Service and/or Experience Cloud)

Salesforce certification or alternatively an active Trailhead profile

Experience in agile project work as well as with Jira and Confluence

A structured, analytical and foresighted way of working as well as a high level of commitment

Very good English and German and enthusiasm for international teamwork

You like to take on responsibility and feel at home in small teams.
