Salesforce Business Analyst (f/m/d)

This position is offered as a temporary contract for a duration of 1 year.

Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our Group's success.

You will join our Salesforce transformation program on a temporary basis, acting as the primary interface between business and IT teams. Embedded within a cross-functional delivery environment, you will ensure business requirements are clearly captured, prioritized, and successfully delivered through Agile sprints. Your work directly contributes to the scalability, data quality, and AI enablement of our CRM landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; convert them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria


• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments, acting as the trusted liaison between business and technical teams


• Serve as the functional expert for Salesforce-related initiatives, guiding developers and solution architects in translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions


• Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking; identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies to ensure sprint commitments are met


• Work with integration teams to define and validate data requirements, with an understanding of APIs and common integration patterns (including tools such as Postman)


• Support the identification and definition of business-focused AI use cases, translating AI and data requirements into functional specifications


• Collaborate with business and technical teams to evaluate AI-driven opportunities and assess business value, with a solid foundation in data quality, governance, and analytics

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce Functional Consulting, Product Ownership, or a comparable role


• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong delivery coordination skills


• Strong Salesforce functional knowledge with the ability to support testing, validation, and user adoption activities


• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder management across business and IT


• Solid understanding of CRM data structures, APIs, and system integrations


• Exposure to Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, or Generative AI concepts


• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman


• Background in financial services or regulated industry environments


• Salesforce certification (e.g. Administrator, Business Analyst, or equivalent)
