The role

We seek a motivated, creative, and methodical individual to support the Customer Success and Marketing efforts at XEMPUS to guide the rapid growth of several SAAS products. As a Salesforce Developer at XEMPUS, you will support key operational teams in creating and maintaining relationships with our customers and users by maintaining and expanding our Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud setup. This role will be part of the central Data Group guiding the use of operational and analytical data across the organization. 
 

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine project needs and develop solutions.

Collaborate with the central Data Team to ensure correct and up-to-date usage data

Design and build a sustainable data model and optimized data flows between Salesforce and other applications

Test and implement Salesforce applications, ensuring they are optimized and functional.

Maintain and improve existing Salesforce systems, resolving any technical issues.

Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.

Create dynamic and data-driven Salesforce applications that meet business requirements.

Document development processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and functionalities.

Provide technical support and training to end-users, enhancing system usability.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems.

Proficiency in Administration and Development in Salesforce, including Lightning Web components, Flows, Apex, Visualforce and API integrations

Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salesforce Super Badges (e.g. App Builder Super Set, Apex Specialist) and Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
