Your tasks
Leverage Salesforce to drive business results and conversions, optimizing workflows and customer engagement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of business needs and technical solutions.
Own the Salesforce product backlog, prioritizing according to business value and ROI, and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to guide the development of new features, enhancements, and integrations based on user feedback and business requirements.
Monitor the health and performance of the Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Ensure the Salesforce solution adheres to industry best practices and compliance standards.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption and satisfaction.
Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and new features, assessing their impact and potential for adoption.

Your Profile
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within Salesforce environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem, with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) highly regarded.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience working in agile development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering user-centered solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as fluency in English and German.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
