We are looking for you! We offer a full-time position (40h/week) as a Salesforce Solution Architect (m/f/d) in one of our locations in either Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig or Munich. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.
Your Mission
As Salesforce Solution Architect you align customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales and delivery of a Salesforce solution You are responsible for further expansion of the Salesforce ecosystem with a detailed view of optimal application architecture in terms of functionality, scalability, performance, security and operation in an agile project environment You’ll also identify the optimal solution for a business requirement and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the business use case and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another You’re a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and the PO to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem You’ll help to educate the team with technical best practices You in charge of building proofs-of-concept (POCs) that teams can further iterate on You groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with the PO and the SMEs You supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of our Salesforce environment Your essential experience and education
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects Functional understanding of the purpose and use-cases for technologies and frameworks that are key to effective solution design (i.e. frontend development, integration, analytics, security). Deep technical knowledge, but you’re also have excellent listening, communication, and presentation soft skills Excellent understanding of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities Deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with our business objectives Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends and able to actively make suggestions based on the results A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
Minimum Salesforce certified:
Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Platform App Builder
Beneficial Skills:
Salesforce Application, System Architect, or Data Cloud certifications are encouraged Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java and SQL/SOQL Active in the Salesforce community Industry experience within Insurance, Telecommunication, Energy or Financial Services is preferred Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence Experience with Salesforce MarketingCloud and CDP integrations What's in it for you?
