SAP Delivery Lead (German-Speaking) - Any location in Germany

Working across SAP support, optimisation, enhancement delivery, SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, and strategic client engagements, you will help ensure our clients receive the highest levels of quality, responsiveness, and value.

The Role 

As an SAP Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SAP services and projects across strategic Life Sciences clients. 

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and an important leader within delivery teams, you will help ensure delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, continuous improvement, and successful business outcomes across a variety of SAP initiatives. 

The role will include, but not be limited to:

• Leading SAP delivery activities across support, enhancement, optimisation, and project environments


• Acting as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, governance forums, and steering discussions


• Managing delivery performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities


• Coordinating cross-functional SAP teams across multiple functional and technical domains


• Supporting SAP S/4HANA programmes, releases, enhancements, and transformation initiatives


• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to create additional value for clients


• Ensuring alignment between ongoing support services and broader business and transformation objectives


• Supporting account growth through exceptional client delivery and relationship management


• Contributing to the continued development of Tenthpin's delivery excellence standards and client offerings 

To be successful in this role, you will typically demonstrate:

• Business fluent or native German language skills (mandatory)


• Strong experience delivering SAP programmes, projects, managed services, or strategic client engagements


• Experience owning delivery accountability and client outcomes across complex SAP environments


• Proven experience leading client governance, steering committees, stakeholder management, and escalation activities


• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA environments and transformation programmes


• Experience working within SAP Run SAP, Application Management Services (AMS), Managed Services, or ongoing SAP support environments


• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary SAP teams across functional and technical workstreams


• A track record of driving delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and high levels of client satisfaction


• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships


• Experience within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, manufacturing, or process industry environments would be highly advantageous.
