SAP DRC eInvoice Consultant (all genders)

Your Tasks

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP eInvoicing Consultant & Archiving Specialist to join our team responsible for supporting eInvoicing solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will work with the SAP S/4 DRC framework, partnering with our legal and accounting teams to ensure legal compliance, keep our system current and leverage the latest SAP technologies. You will lead and/or support end-to-end implementation projects for single countries, design solutions together with the technical product owner, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide expert guidance on eInvoicing processes and SAP DRC configurations.

Your activities:

• Lead and deliver SAP eInvoicing implementation projects using the SAP DRC framework


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP DRC configuration and functional specifications


• Configure and customize the DRC eDocument framework, including mappings, output formats, interfaces with tax authorities and user exit programming for custom requirements


• Provide technical and functional support for existing eInvoicing solutions and troubleshoot issues


• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, SAP and third-party providers to ensure timely and compliant implementations


• Carry out unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of the developed Solutions

Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline


• Professional experience of at several years as a consultant for SAP DRC eDocument framework


• Proven experience with country-specific eInvoicing requirements (e.g., Italy, Spain, Mexico, India, Brazil, etc.)


• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA including FI, SD and MM integration


• Experience with developing ABAP solutions incl. BAdIs


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international team environment


• Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus
