What you'll build

We are seeking a strategic, outcome-oriented Domain Advisor Specialist (f/m/d) to join SAP's Global RISE Ecosystem Acceleration Team.  In this role, you will operate as an Ecosystem and RISE with SAP subject matter expert for SAP's Autonomous Enterprise portfolio — with a deep focus on RISE with SAP and transforming our customers with SAP's Business AI platform and portfolio.  You will participate in cross-functional Ecosystem programs and projects, assist with solution area content, support pipeline growth and deal execution, and engage with customers and ecosystem partners at scale.

• Assist customer and partner programs on RISE with SAP by driving demand with partners toward the Autonomous Enterprise, creating upsell opportunities for SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP), and LOB solutions (Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.), and successfully driving Cloud ERP opportunities to close.


• Position and differentiate RISE with SAP across the Ecosystem by mapping partners and customer challenges to business outcomes, and supporting deal execution with compelling value propositions.


• Develop and distribute partner-ready solution assets — including presentations, solution briefs, and playbooks — to effectively support the Ecosystem in positioning the Autonomous Enterprise and RISE with SAP across customer segments and industries.


• Serve as an evangelist for SAP Business AI Platform and SAP Business Data Cloud, articulating their role as integral components of every RISE opportunity and SAP customer transformation.


• Represent RISE with SAP and the Autonomous Enterprise strategy in customer engagements, Executive Briefings, conferences, webinars, and SAP Sapphire events — positioning SAP as a leader in enterprise AI.


• Collaborate with SAP Ecosystem partners — including VARs, GSIs, ISVs, and hyperscalers — to co-create joint go-to-market messaging, solution bundles, and customer success content.


• Share best practices, solution plays, and field learnings across Lines of Business and regional teams, customizing value propositions and solution narratives to align with different customer segments, partner types, industries, and audiences.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with an understanding of the SAP ecosystem and SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise strategy.


• Some years of experience in sales and revenue-generating roles, including consulting, presales, advisory, or customer-facing delivery roles, with demonstrated ability to engage customers or partners with professional credibility.


• Understanding of RISE with SAP and the Autonomous Enterprise Strategy — encompassing Cloud ERP (Public and Private Edition), SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP LoB solutions (Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.).


• Working knowledge of SAP Business AI platform and portfolio, with demonstrated ability to position it effectively in customer and partner engagements (advisory, pre-sales, or delivery contexts) with professional credibility.


• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and strong capacity to structure problems, drive initiatives forward, and make clear recommendations with limited information.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with the flexibility to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex program or project contexts.


• Proficient communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

As a Domain Advisor Senior Specialist, you will be part of a senior field team dedicated to accelerating RISE with SAP adoption, advancing SAP's Business AI platform narrative, and building lasting customer and partner success globally.
