SAP HR Developer (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen SAP HR Developer mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der ABAP-Entwicklung sowie umfassendem Know-how im SAP-HR-Umfeld. Sie unterstützen uns bei der Weiterentwicklung und Wartung bestehender HR-Systeme sowie der Integration verschiedenster Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Wartung von Anwendungen im SAP-HR-Umfeld unter Verwendung von ABAP und ABAP Objects
• Umsetzung komplexer Anforderungen auf Basis logischer Datenbanken im HR-Modul
• Unterstützung der Module SAP Personalabrechnung (PY), Personaladministration/Organisationsmanagement (PA/OM) sowie Zeitwirtschaft (PT)
• Erstellung und Pflege von Reports mit SAP Query sowie Massendatenverarbeitung mittels LSMW
• Konzeption, Realisierung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zu unterschiedlichen Kleinsystemen
• Integration und Weiterentwicklung der elektronischen Personalakte
• Mitwirkung bei Projekten rund um S/4HANA-Transformationen und Fiori-Anwendungen
• Unterstützung beim Einsatz von XFT-Lösungen (z. B. Document Composer, Queue Manager, Document Connector)
• Mitwirkung bei der Prozessgestaltung im Case Management
• Zusammenarbeit mit der SAP-Basis für technische Abstimmungen und Transportmanagement

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der SAP-ABAP-Entwicklung, insbesondere im HR-Umfeld
• Erfahrung mit objektorientierter Programmierung in ABAP Objects
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der logischen Datenbanken im SAP HR
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP Query, LSMW und gängigen HR-Modulen
• Grundkenntnisse in Fiori und S/4HANA von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in der Anbindung externer Systeme sowie der Arbeit mit Schnittstellen
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit XFT-Produkten
