At Tenthpin we are seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery & Engagement Lead to join our growing team.


 


The Opportunity




This is an exciting opportunity to combine delivery leadership, client engagement, and SAP expertise whilst working with some of the world's leading Life Sciences organisations. As Tenthpin continues to expand its client offerings, we are looking for a delivery leader who is passionate about creating exceptional outcomes for clients, driving continuous improvement, and helping to strengthen our delivery excellence capabilities. 




Working at the intersection of SAP support, optimisation, enhancement delivery, and SAP S/4HANA transformation, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest levels of quality, responsiveness, and value.




 



The Role 





As an SAP Service Delivery & Engagement Lead, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of SAP services across strategic client engagements. 




Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and delivery teams, you will oversee service performance, client governance, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancement delivery activities. You will work closely with consultants, community leaders, and client stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned to business objectives whilst maintaining Tenthpin's reputation for delivery excellence. 




The role will include, but not be limited to:



  • Owning service delivery and client satisfaction across SAP support, enhancement, and optimisation activities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and governance forums

  • Leading service reviews, steering discussions, and escalation management activities

  • Managing delivery performance, risks, issues, and resource coordination across SAP workstreams

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to create additional value for clients

  • Working closely with consulting teams to align support activities with broader SAP S/4HANA roadmaps and transformation initiatives

  • Supporting the delivery of enhancements, releases, and small project initiatives

  • Helping to shape and strengthen Tenthpin's delivery excellence capability and service offerings 


 




Your Experience



To be successful in this role, you will typically demonstrate:



  • Business fluent or native German language skills (mandatory)

  • Strong experience leading SAP Application Management Services (AMS), Run SAP, Managed Services, or SAP Service Delivery engagements

  • Experience owning service delivery and client accountability across complex SAP environments

  • Proven experience leading client governance, service reviews, steering discussions, and escalation management activities

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA environments and transformation programmes

  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary SAP teams across functional and technical workstreams

  • Experience supporting enhancement delivery, optimisation initiatives, and small project activities alongside ongoing support services

  • A track record of driving continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and high levels of client satisfaction

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Experience within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, manufacturing, or process industry environments would be highly advantageous.
