A global team of experts in the SAP Portfolio Unit supports nearly 600 customers with a comprehensive SAP portfolio—from consulting and migration to SAP S/4HANA through to cloud operations and application management.
Your responsibilities
As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d/x), you will advise our public-sector and private-sector customers on digitizing and developing their HR processes. Working with experienced project teams, you will support the implementation of modern SAP SuccessFactors solutions and independently take on functional and technical responsibilities. Your tasks will include:
Analyzing customer requirements and supporting the design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and, depending on your experience, other modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, Compensation, or Performance & Goals.
Supporting the planning, execution and documentation of testing activities to ensure the high quality of implemented solutions.
Helping both the technology and the people succeed. You will support change, communications and enablement activities, contributing to the long-term adoption of new HR solutions.
Leading workshops with business units and stakeholders, advising on SAP best practices, and designing and delivering targeted user training.
Your qualifications
You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience consulting on, configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You have a good knowledge of Employee Central and, ideally, other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, Recruiting, Compensation, or Performance & Goals. You also bring:
An understanding of HR processes and how they are implemented digitally in modern HR system landscapes.
A collaborative approach to working with customers and interdisciplinary project teams, along with strong communication and facilitation skills.
A structured and self-reliant approach to work.
Experience with test management, change management and agile methods (an advantage).
Full professional proficiency in German and English (at least C1 level).
