Title: SAP Vistex RM 

Common responsibilities

Solution implementation and configuration: Design, configure, and deploy SAP Vistex solutions, particularly for modules like Incentives & Paybacks (IP), Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP), Billbacks, and Chargebacks.

Business process analysis: Work with global clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions that use standard best practices while minimizing customizations.

Technical support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system enhancements. This may involve debugging ABAP code and coordinating with other technical teams.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience: Candidates for mid-to-senior roles typically need 5+ years of experience with SAP, including hands-on configuration and implementation of Vistex solutions.

Module expertise: Strong functional and/or technical knowledge of Vistex modules (e.g., Rebates, Chargebacks, Incentive Administration) and integration with core SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance and Controlling (FICO).

Technical proficiency: The ability to work with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Some roles, especially "Techno-Functional" ones, also require ABAP development and debugging skills.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with a global team and international clients.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex business scenarios, identify issues, and design appropriate solutions is critical.

Teamwork: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and potentially managing offshore resources.
