Projects – As an appointment manager, you’ll be an integral part of challenging and diverse projects, working on our clients’ long-term construction and infrastructure initiatives. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, your proactive approach will ensure the successful and efficient implementation of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects aligned with project goals.

Mission – In your role as an appointment manager, you’ll create, track, and manage schedules. Regular progress assessments, scenario development, and reporting support will be essential. When deviations occur, you’ll analyze plan/target/actual data and develop actionable recommendations for project management in collaboration with stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or a related field with technical and/or commercial specialization.
• Practical experience in schedule management for construction projects or construction project management, with a keen interest in planning, control, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure and plant construction projects.
• Ideally, familiarity with relevant regulations and laws (e.g., AHO, VOB, HOAI) and industry-specific appointment management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Tilos, MS Project).
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
