Arbeitsbeschreibung - Schlosser (m/w/d)

We are an innovative group of companies in the fields of scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering and steel construction and are one of the market leaders in Germany.

Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

Production of steel assemblies according to drawings using various manufacturing and machining processes such as sawing, grinding, drilling, welding, milling, turning, flame cutting and comparable processes
Fitting and adjustment work
Assembly work in the workshop and, in exceptional cases, also on day construction sites
Daily documentation of work performance
Compliance with and monitoring of quality standards

Industrial or technical vocational training, e.g. as a fitter (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), stand builder (m/f/d), maintenance technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training
Your technical doer mentality is more important to us than your apprenticeship
Experience in the production and/or pre-assembly of metal structures and/or machines and systems
Manual dexterity and technical understanding

Daily allowance of € 14 per day for construction site assignments
Above-tariff expenses for assembly work - €24 expenses for travelling to and from work and €38 expenses for full-day absence
